Members of the Skaljar clan Milan Brajović - The fuse (43) and Goran Milašinović (46) were arrested yesterday at the gate of the Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions in Spuž, on suspicion of being involved in the murders of Serbian citizens. Filip Marjanović i Vukašin Gošović in the Danilovgrad settlement of Jelenak in 2019.
Officers from the Special Police Department handcuffed them on the orders of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT).
The SDT charges them with creating a criminal organization and complicity in aggravated murder. Brajović is also charged with committing the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosives.
They were deprived of their liberty after their detention in other cases expired due to the failure to reach a first-instance verdict within the legal deadline.
Due to the double murder of Serbian citizens in October last year, the SPO filed criminal charges against four members of the organized crime group, the Skaljarski clan. Brajović, Milašinović, are accused of committing the crime and later hiding their remains. Stefan Đukić Mandić i Emil Tuzovic.
Investigators claim that the crimes took place in the Brajović family's house in Jelenek.
According to the SDT, this criminal organization was formed by the now deceased Alan Kozar i Mile Radulović called Captain, and its member, apart from the suspects, was also killed Damir Hodzic, as well as other unknown persons.
The SDT previously announced that Marjanović and Gošović were killed in ruthless revenge for the murder of Baranin. Zijad Nurković in Spain, a close associate of Kožar.
They also claim that the crime was committed in June 2019:
"With the concealment of their remains and the removal of traces of the crime."

That these two Serbian citizens were killed and buried in the Danilovgrad settlement of Jelenak, the leader of the Kavač clan Radoje Switzerland he informed the police officers at the time in 2020 Petar Lazović i Ljub Milović.
He informed his associates via messages via the once-protected Sky app that two of "their" guys from Belgrade had been tortured and then killed in Brajović's house in Danilovgrad.

He begins his story on this topic after Lazović tells him to be careful if he is involved in the double murder in Stanjevića rupa, when, as the special prosecutors claim, the people of Kavkaz were led by Veljko Belivuk i Marko Miljković, liquidated Damir Hodžić and his son-in-law Adis Spahić, kidnapped the Captain, and later deprived him of his life...
"Which guys from BG?", asks Lazović.

Lazović again asks for clarification regarding whether those guys were killed and tortured "at Fitilj's home" and receives an affirmative answer, with the explanation that "Fitilj will be released tomorrow" (from prison).

The former informal head of the police Special Operational Support Team promised to see to it immediately, and Zvicer writes to him:

The policeman then tries to get information about the double murder that took place in Stanjevića Rupa a month and a few days before that correspondence, but Zvicer gives him false information about the fact that the skalars were setting each other up...
That's how he answers Lazović's question about whether he is Risto Mijanović framed Hodžić, and if so, did he do it to save his head or for money..

Lazović tells him that Hodžić is also buried around Danilovgrad, but Zvicer returns the topic to his killed soldiers.

Only then does Milović get involved in the story, with the message: "Please pick up the signal to find a pit for Hodžić", to which Lazović responds with "Hahaahaha", explaining that he is telling everyone that Hodžić and Spahić are: "To Serbia". ...
A photo of a sign with the inscription Brajovića jama, which is a water source in the Danilovgrad village of Jelenak, was also sent to the group chat.
Milašinović is on trial before the Podgorica Higher Court for complicity in murder Nemanja Prelević (28) and Danilo Peković (20) in Veruša on October 17, 2020. He is accused of intentionally aiding the perpetrators of the double murder by creating conditions and removing obstacles. The task of part of that criminal group, close to the Kavač clan, was to monitor the movements of Prelević and Peković in order to determine the most favorable place and time for their liquidation.
Đukić Mandić and Tuzović are accused of attempting to murder the head of the Kavač clan, Radoje Zvicer, in Ukraine at the end of May 2020.
Đukić Mandić is charged with murder before the Podgorica High Court Jovan Klisić and wounding Velizar Gardašević in Bar.
With that indictment, it was presented that the defendant Stefan M. Đukić, whose last name was Mandić, on November 1, 2019, as a co-perpetrator, committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder and killed Klisić and wounded Velizar Gardašević with 15 shots fired from an automatic rifle.
His wife, mother and half-brother - Danijela B. Mandić, Zorica Đ. Đurović, Vuk V. Lakićević, then Marko M. Vujadinovic, Hasip B. Murić, Andrija B. Glavičanin i Bojan M. Vuksanović they are accused of creating a criminal organization.
Đukić Mandić, Lakićević and Vujadinović are also accused of attempting to kill Gardašević in Bar on August 20, 2019, or of committing the criminal offense of attempted murder as co-perpetrators.
In addition to this indictment, Đukić Mandić and the same team are accused of ordering the brutal beating of a former judge. Biljana Uskoković, before which this criminal group was once held accountable for the murder of Klisić and the wounding of Gardašević.
The same intentions, according to that act, were also held towards the then special prosecutors, now the defendants. Milivoj Katnić i To Saša Čađenović, but also some police officials.
According to the prosecution's files, Milan Brajović was also part of that criminal group. During the court proceedings, he denied guilt.
