DG(18) from Nikšić was arrested on suspicion of selling drugs to A.Č.(19) in the school yard, while a misdemeanor charge was filed against A.Č., the Police Directorate (UP) announced today.
The statement states that DG was arrested on February 10 by officers of the Anti-Drug Unit on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs.
"He was caught by police officers in the yard of an elementary school in Nikšić after selling narcotics to another person for a certain amount of money. DG will be taken to the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica for further proceedings, along with a criminal report. Also, police officers filed a misdemeanor report against A.Č. (19), who bought narcotics from him, for committing a misdemeanor under the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse," the UP statement reads.
