The SDT charges Sekulović with creating a criminal organization and aggravated murder by aiding and abetting.

Goran Milašinović and Milan Brajović were arrested at the gate of the Spusk detention center on Saturday on suspicion of having played a role as co-perpetrators in the murder of two Serbian citizens.

According to the SDT, this criminal organization was formed by the now deceased Alan Kožar and Mile Radulović, known as Kapetan, and its members, in addition to the suspects, included the murdered Damir Hodžić, as well as other unknown persons.

The SDT previously announced that Marjanović and Gošović were killed in ruthless revenge for the murder of Baranin Zijad Nurković in Spain, a close associate of Kožar.

They also claim that the crime was committed in June 2019:

"In addition to hiding their remains," the SDT states.

The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) officially announced that Sekulović had been arrested, and that they were searching for I.Č.

"On the order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, the Special Police Department deprived MS of his liberty, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization, aggravated murder by aiding and abetting, and illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives," the statement said.

They recalled that Brajović and Milašinović were previously arrested in the same criminal case - on suspicion of having committed the criminal acts of creating a criminal organization and aggravated murder.

"The Special Police Department has filed criminal charges against all persons deprived of their liberty, as well as against I.Č., who is on the run, for specific criminal offenses. The person deprived of his liberty will be brought to the special prosecutor for questioning within the legal deadline, while the other suspects, after questioning, were remanded in custody at the proposal of the special prosecutor," the SDT said.
