"Look, hero, take a picture of me, and I'll smash it over your head, you idiot. Did you hear...", said Predrag Veljić, one of the accused members of the criminal organization of fugitive Aleksandar Mrkić, to Libertas portal photojournalist Savo Prelević.
Veljić threatened Prelević today, ahead of the trial at the Higher Court in Podgorica, dissatisfied because Prelević was taking photos of him.
Lawyer Zdravko Begović, who was at the entrance to the court, told Veljić that "people are just doing their job."
However, Veljić continued to insult.
"You bum..." Veljić said to Prelević, and then entered the court, where he is being tried for working for Aleksandar Mrkić, who is accused of cigarette smuggling.

Veljić kept his face hidden under a medical mask and glasses the entire time, and covered his head with papers. He did the same as he left the courthouse.
Veljić is also on trial at the Higher Court in Podgorica on charges of organizing a criminal organization that allegedly smuggled cigarettes.
In addition to him, his mother Zorka Veljić (89) was also charged.
She is accused of being a member of her son Predrag's criminal group.
