Kotor resident suggested that Raulović be drowned Slobodan Kascelan, four days after members of the Kavač clan kidnapped and captured a high-ranking Skaljar official.
The two had intensive and daily communication via the once-protected Sky app, and the Cetinjanin, as it is written, often took on the role of cleaner after the criminal actions of the Kavač clan.
"The General must not live much longer, because God forbid the police start raiding to search for the missing, he must kill himself anyway. And not shoot the shit, but strangle him so he doesn't bleed," he wrote to Kašćelan on October 18, 2020.
The man from Kotor replies that it's best to hide him, after which Kaluđerović adds: "As long as he doesn't bleed."
For days before that, they had been discussing how and where they would destroy Baranin's car. Adis Spahić, who was killed by the Skaljar people during the kidnapping of Radulović.
Spahić, who had no criminal record, and his brother-in-law, a skalajarac Damir Hodzic called Butcher, were liquidated on October 14, 2020 in Stanjevića Rupa in Spuž.
They were killed after they arrived at an alleged meeting with Radulović.
Prosecutors claim that he killed Hodžić Marko Kilibarda, while he held him down on the floor Veljko Belivuk, and several of them liquidated Spahić.
According to the files of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, they were waited for in that house. Radoje Zivkovic, Marko Kilibarda, Aleksandar Paunović, Stevan Kraljevic, Veljko Belivuk, Nebojsa Jankovic, Marko Miljkovic, Treasures i Dejan Gasic and three more members of the organized criminal group Kavački Klan, whose nicknames on the encrypted Sky application are ROSI, Kortez i Sun.
Prosecutors explain that Živković was initially, on the orders of Radoja Zvicer, for days persuaded Radulović to come to the meeting, in order to lure him into a trap.
Action successful, call a plumber
According to the documents, Živković waited for Radulović, Hodžić and Spahić at the Spuška mill that day, after which Radulović got into his car, and the other two followed them in an "Audi A4" to the house in Stanjevića Rupa.
"We had an action, just to see what we would do with the car, whether to cut it up either at CT or at NK, and see if we decide on CT, to bring them to CT," Kašćelan wrote to him after the murder and kidnapping in Stanjevića Rupa...
A few minutes later he repeats it, but adds: "The operation was successfully carried out, brother, look, the car needs some repairs with the tinsmith"...
A little later, the man from Cetinje replies that he has received messages and asks what he needs, but also what happened. Then he asks the man from Kašće to tell him "if anyone has left"...
"There is one, and two are being investigated," the Kašćelan replied, which the Cetinje native greeted with a "gun"...
Kaluđerović informs the Kotor resident that a van from the Special Police Unit was in the capital that day and that he was being stopped, so he suggests that he go to the body shop, because it is better to ask him in person about the action, rather than making arrangements over the phone...
"I'm going to the body shop, or better yet, I'll let him know if he decides to take the car to him. I think it's better if he needs the car to be taken to him, then I'll tell him, if not, then he doesn't have to know about NK. Is that right?", writes Kaluđerović.
Kašćelan asks him to just ask the tinsmith if he can accept the job, because it's their backup plan...
"When you think the bodies are moving. You need a lot of rubber," Kaluđerović wrote to him a few hours after the crime.
The two continue their argument about how to destroy Spahić's car, and it emerges from the correspondence that Kaluđerović checks and informs Kašćelana where the police are that day...
They also agree that Cetinjanin "clears" the way for the killers who will move Radulović from Spuž to Kotor, but also for those who need to take the car to the body shop.
"It's best if you clear the road for them, brother, they can't hit it, what... It's possible to get from Danilovgrad to BD," Kašćelan told him after the latter asked for an explanation of where to clear from.
Kaluđerović then suggests not going to Budva, because it is "stupid", which Kašćelan agrees with, adding that their team can freely go via Cetinje, but also emphasizing that the police are on standby.
A few hours later, they agreed that Kaluđerović would wait for the team in Kamenica, and that a guy who knew the way through Bera would escort them there. According to plan, the Cetinje native followed the team to the 19th bend on the Lovćen - Kotor road and "just told him to drive"...

After he finishes the coffee, they return to the agreement about the body shop, who, according to Kaluđerović, insists that he bring his car to a certain Smiley, who had previously brought him "that A8"...
When a man from Kotor informs him that Smeško is not there, Kaluđerović suggests that Kašćelan's uncle from Kotor drive him, but also asks if there is blood in the vehicle and receives an affirmative answer.
"Let's spray the blood with acid, so that if someone sees it in front of the workshop, it won't be there. It's best if Veljaš takes the car and brings it. Brother, he can't do it tomorrow, he'll have to work from dawn to clear the other cars so he can put it in a special garage," explains Kaluđerović.
From the correspondence it appears that the vehicle was handed over to the body shop by "Amik's man", that is, a soldier Milan Vujotić, and that Kaluđerović is just his way...
"Brother, this is what I agreed with the tinsmith, because he doesn't take the car willingly. To bring the car to Uliće, to turn towards Rijeka Crnojevića and for the guy to park it after 100 m, let him work, but to bring it around 18.40:XNUMX pm because the tinsmith takes it, I clean it and that's it," writes Kaluđerović and receives a response from the people of Kašćeđ that not many people do it, but that they have to.

However, they changed that plan too, because, as Kašćelan writes, there was a fuss over the disappearance of Hodžić and his son-in-law...
The Kotor resident then explains that they put the car in the garage, for safety, and are waiting to see what happens next.
"If it's too hot, we should hire a plumber," Kaluđerović wrote to him and received a reply that everything was done safely.
"I don't know what's smarter, to tear it apart right away or to park it where it is. Because if there's a search for it, the cameras will be following where it went these days," adds Cetinjanin, to whom Kašćelan explains that the vehicle will most likely "be chopped up a bit in the garage in PG, it's mostly safe"...
31 people in the criminal group
Since April 2023, Kaluđerović has been unavailable to Montenegrin investigators, who are looking for him due to the suspicion that he is part of a criminal group responsible for the double murder in Spuž on October 14, 2020.
This thirty-one-member criminal group, which, according to special prosecutors, was brought together by the head of the Kavčani gang, Radoje Zvicer, is charged with committing the crime of creating a criminal organization and aggravated murder in complicity to the detriment of Damir Hodžić, a resident of Skalja, and his son-in-law Adis Spahić, who had no criminal record.
Prosecutors claim that the members of this criminal organization were Vujotic, Kaschelan, Kaludjerovic, Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljkovic, Stevan Kraljevic, Vladimir Vuckovic, Ratko Zivkovic, Nebojsa Jankovic, Darko Prelevic, Darko Perovic, Marko Kilibarda, Aleksandar Paunovic, Milan Knezevic, Aleksandar Dragicevic, Zoran Kazic, Aleksandar Ljumovic, Radoje Zivkovic, Dragan Knezevic, Blagoje Gasic, Dejan Gasic, Niksa Perovic, Milos Radonjic, Petar Djurovic, Rade Garovic, Mersudin Calakovic, Nikola Spasojevic, Radovan Mujovic, Borko Besovic and Bojan Besovic.
The indictment stated that Zvicer ordered the kidnapping of Hodžić at the end of July 2020 because he believed that as one of the close associates of the previously murdered Alan Kožar, he knew where the latter hid money and drugs.
