The Higher Court in Podgorica ordered the detention of Milovan Sekulović and Ivan Čarapić.
Sekulović was remanded in custody due to reasonable suspicion that he committed criminal offenses - creation of a criminal organization, aggravated murder by aiding and abetting, as well as illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.

"The defendant MS was ordered to be detained on the grounds for detention under Article 175, paragraph 1, items 1 and 4 of the Criminal Procedure Code, and in relation to the defendant Č. I on the grounds for detention under Article 175, paragraph 1, items 1, 3 and 4 of the Criminal Procedure Code," the court announced.
"Vijesti" announced three days ago that a member of the Škalja clan, Milovan Sekulović, was arrested on the orders of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), on suspicion of involvement in the murders of Serbian citizens Filip Marjanović and Vukašin Gošović in the Danilovgrad settlement of Jelenak in 2019.
Čarapić is also a suspect in the same case. His family clarified that day that he is not currently in Montenegro.
