One of the leaders of the Kavac clan Slobodan Kescelan he was angry because their soldiers had killed a rival Rista Mijanović before they extracted information from him about the business and crimes of the Skalja crime gang.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) announced at the beginning of the year that they had launched an investigation against Radoja Zvicer and 12 members of that organized crime group for the aggravated murder of that Cetinje resident.
After constantly asking him when it would fall into their hands, he "catches the moustache" in November 2020. Nenad Nena Kaluđerović with the information that Goti Mijanović used the pseudonym John Gotti on Sky.
The man from Kotor, whom the interlocutor addresses as Stari, previously writes to him that "Joko was killed", and the man from Cetinje replies that he will delete his photos from his phone and explains that he does this with everyone who is no longer there...
"This one has been deleted, I don't need it anymore... Let me know when they tie up John Gotti," Kaluđerović wrote on November 11, at 17:36 p.m.
After an hour, Kašćelan informs him that the victim is in a taxi.
"Great, let him know so I can delete it too. You made me happy, my brother. I'm deleting the pictures. I'm emptying the gallery," says a fellow citizen of the then-abducted Mijanović.
Then he asks if Goti wants to cooperate and gets a positive answer: "Of course he won't... He'll just save his ass."
Kaluđerović then asks if he has any "goods" (drugs) he could hand over to them, but he gets no answer to that question...
During previous kidnappings, as can be seen from their correspondence and prosecutorial investigations, the Kavčanis demanded that the victims hand over their drug dealings, drugs, and money, before they would deprive them of their lives....
"He knows who is shooting at Delfin, who at Gazivoda and who at Pero," says the Cetinjanin.
Kašćelan replies that they are "working" on him and that he will soon know everything...
SDT has filed an indictment against a ten-member criminal organization Vladan Radomana i Filip Ivanovic, for murders Andrije Gazivoda i Petar Muhadinović in Cetinje in February 2020, but also preparations for several more liquidations in the Royal Capital and Podgorica. This group, investigators claim, is part of the Škalja clan.

SDT: Murder out of ruthless revenge
The SDT announced that the murder of Mijanović was organized on Zvicer's orders, and that the Cetinjanin was liquidated in a treacherous manner, out of ruthless revenge and other base motives, in order to establish dominance and achieve profit and power.
They also stated that in addition to the leader of the Kavač clan, an investigation has been launched against Milan Vujotić, Dragan Knežević, Radoje Živković, Duško Roganović, Miloš Radonjić, Nikola Spasojević, Željko Bojanić, Zdravko Perunović, Ratko Živković, Krsto L., but also against P. Đ. and VK.
"The subject of the investigation and criminal proceedings is the activities of a criminal organization organized in 2020 by the defendant RZ, whose members included the other defendants and other, currently unidentified persons, which aimed to commit the most serious crimes against life and limb, in order to acquire illegal profit and power, and each member of the criminal organization had a predetermined or obviously identifiable task or role, its activities were planned for an unlimited period, were based on the application of certain rules of internal control and discipline of members, were planned and implemented on an international scale, and violence and intimidation were used in the activities of the criminal organization.
The subject of the investigation is the actions of the organizers and defendants and other members of the criminal organization, which resulted in the deprivation of the life of the injured party RM, a member of the opposing criminal organization, in a treacherous manner, out of ruthless revenge and other base motives, for the purpose of establishing dominance and achieving profit and power, as well as the concealment and destruction of the means used to commit the criminal offense and traces and evidence of the criminal offense and the perpetrators, in November 2020," the SDT said.
Blame it all on the police.
While Kaluđerović, after receiving information about the murder, writes that it should have been done professionally, Kašćelan tells him that there is already a frenzy in Cetinje about his family...
He previously told him that Mijanović, before he was killed, unlocked his encrypted phone...

"And don't correspond with them, the police shut it down and that's it," recommends Neno.
"They don't believe in writing, they want to talk on audio tapes, their family is looking for them," explains Kašćelan.
The Cetinjaninian reiterates that the story should be told that the police arrested him.
"Where was he hiding? Is there anyone else with him in that city? Even easier, let it turn out that the police arrested him. No one can break in there and you shouldn't correspond with anyone," says Kaluđerović.
