The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica ordered the detention of DR on suspicion of committing two criminal offenses of violence in the family or family community.
The Podgorica ODT statement states that on February 17, DR threatened the safety of his ex-wife and son, threatening to kill them and saying that he had made a living so it was not a problem for him, which is why they felt afraid for their own safety.
"The suspect has already been convicted twice for domestic violence against the same victims," the Podgorica Public Prosecutor's Office announced.
