The Ulcinj police have filed a criminal complaint against fellow citizen NB (66) on suspicion that he built a building without a registration and the necessary documentation. In doing so, he is suspected of causing damage to the state of 5.000 euros, according to a police statement.
"Officers of the Regional Security Center 'South' - Ulcinj Security Department, in continuation of intensive activities to suppress criminal offenses against the environment and spatial planning, have prosecuted another person for illegal construction and damage caused to the budget of Montenegro.
"Members of the Ulcinj police filed a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Ulcinj in regular proceedings against a person named NB (66) from Ulcinj, on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of building a building without a building permit and documentation," the police said.
Officers of the Regional Security Center "South" will continue with preventive and repressive activities to combat illegal construction, protect the environment and space, with the aim of reducing damage to the Montenegrin budget, the police statement concluded.
