Cetinje resident Nenad Neno Kaluđerović advised one of the leaders of the Kavač clan to drown Bajram Pista, so that he would not be able to spy, and he did this after Slobodan Kašćelan complained to him that the Kosovar was beating him too much.
Pista is now a cooperating witness in the criminal trial against a multi-member group accused of committing serious crimes, led by Radovan Mujović and Vasilije Rafailović.
They had a conversation about this on January 18, 2021, when the Kotor resident complained to him that Pista was saying that the same team that killed Bob Milić wanted to kill Ivan Vukotić.
After Kaluđerović replied that he knew nothing about it except from the newspapers, Kašćelan replied:
"Yes, yes, Belvedere is a mess. Those fools just kept thrashing around and did nothing. Bad," the Kotor resident concludes and receives advice from the Cetinje resident:
"That shit needs to be strangled."
"In an organization this big, there must be bad guys," Kašćelan states, after which they discuss the establishment and strengthening of the clan they belong to.
Then they complain that in the beginning they were just "a handful of woes" and "martyrs".
"And at the beginning, a handful of woes. Oh my. Few of them believed in us... But they were really smart and determined," wrote Kaluđerović, with which Kašćelan agreed, adding: "A few, they thought they wouldn't be able to handle it easily."
The Cetinje native then writes, "And of course not, everyone was rooting for them"...
Two members of the organized crime group Kavački Clan spent hours that night communicating about the beginnings of the group, but also about what would have happened to their team if the Roganovićs had supported the Škaljari gang...
"If the Roganovićs had sided with them, we would have been finished. That is, Vaka," writes Kašćelan and recalls how much "Vila", the now deceased Vladimir Roganović, contributed to the clan.
He also states that he "gave them the people of Belgrade" - Belivuk, Sala, Kratoš...
"No matter what, brother, although the Roganovićs meant something to us, especially Vila. But brother, we are not stupid and we did not rush too much. And both Vila and the Taliban were initially sympathetic to them," writes Kaluđerović.
"Since they didn't even turn at the last moment, Vila turned and pulled the Taliban, Super and their guys, a team was formed. So then at the end of '16 we found ourselves in BG Vila, Žuti and I with Sal, Belvuk, because those are the wolf's guys, they tear and take out the livers themselves. Serbia trembles with fear of them," recalls Kašćelan, which, judging by the answer, does not please Kaluđerović.
He writes that the team is nothing but brutal, and that the top of their clan is very smart, and tells him to gather everything together, so he can see for himself that it is so.
"So don't relax and rush, because you're the most problematic, you relax first... An even greater indicator that we're smarter, more determined, that's why we're where we are and we haven't finished the job yet, that's why there's no relaxing. And we have to deal with Perhan, because he's not stupid either," Kaluđerović told him.
Kašćelan reminds him that they started from scratch, adding that there is no relaxation. He then talks about the cocaine theft in Valencia, which started the war between members of the previously unified Kotor clan.
"And when they kidnapped and attacked me, we were martyrs and stood against a superpower, everyone who was worth anything was afraid of our opponents. There's Žuti, Bad, Amiko, Škuri, Meša and me, and everyone from us is running away like scalded... And Don is in prison and Smješko and Vojo"...
The Cetinje native replies that he talks about it too:
"I'm telling you, my brother, no one believed in us, few did... Only you attracted me, because you are my brother, and I knew Munja very poorly, but your brother - my brother."
Kašćelan replies that it is so, and reiterates that it means a lot to them that Vladimir Roganović and his team approached them at the start, but that he destroyed everything he had:
"Yes, by God, that's right, brother. And Vila came and gathered a gang, no one from us can forget that to the grave, and destroyed everything he owned, because Niko and Dule were fleeing the war. And they were swindling. I posted that the other day on the chat so that everyone could read it, including Dule. Now we've all collected 600 hours, Duki," he writes.
Since April 2023, Kaluđerović has been unavailable to Montenegrin investigators, who are looking for him due to the suspicion that he is part of a criminal group responsible for the double murder in Spuž on October 14, 2020.
This thirty-one-member criminal group, which, according to special prosecutors, was brought together by the head of the Kavčani gang, Radoje Zvicer, is charged with committing the crime of creating a criminal organization and aggravated murder in complicity to the detriment of Damir Hodžić, a resident of Skalja, and his son-in-law Adis Spahić, who had no criminal record.
Prosecutors claim that the members of this criminal organization were Milan Vujotic, Kašćelan, Kaluđerović, Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljković, Stevan Kraljević, Vladimir Vučković, Ratko Živković, Nebojša Janković, Darko Prelević, Darko Perović, Marko Kilibarda, Aleksandar Paunović, Milan Knežević, Aleksandar Dragićević, Zoran Kažić, Aleksandar Ljumović, Radoje Živković, Dragan Knežević, Blagoje Gašić, Dejan Gašić, Nikša Perović, Miloš Radonjić, Petar Đurović, Rade Garović, Mersudin Čalaković, Nikola Spasojević, Radovan Mujović, Borko Bešović and Bojan Bešović.
The indictment stated that Zvicer ordered the kidnapping of Hodžić at the end of July 2020 because he believed that as one of the close associates of the previously murdered Alan Kožar, he knew where the latter hid money and drugs.
They gave a lot, that can't be paid for with money
During the conversation, Kašćelan repeatedly emphasizes how important Vladimir Roganović's role was for their clan, namely the fact that he decided to side with them...
In doing so, he claims, he knowingly destroyed all his:
"Yes, by God, that's right, brother. And Vila came and gathered a gang, no one from us must forget that to the grave and destroyed everything he owned, because Niko and Dule were fleeing the war. And they were swindling. I brought that up on chat the other day so that everyone could read it, including Dule. Now we've all collected 600 hours, Duki," he writes.
From their communication it appears that they are talking about two Roganovićs - Duško, who they call Dule and Duka.
Kaluđerović writes to him that he knows all this and that he is very sorry for Duke and that the rest of the group should have collected and handed him the money, and Kašćelan explains what Novljanin needed the money for:
"To pay something, some burden from the hotel so it had to be paid."
"Oh, let it be, brother, they gave a lot, that can't be paid for with money," the Cetinje native replies, and the Kašćelan then admits that there were problems with that undertaking.
"Well, he won't, whoever pays Duki will ruin everything, we gave him so much money, that now I'm saying - he needs help to finish this, so that he doesn't lose that hotel, and when he sells the hotel to return it because of Vila, we need to help Duki. Although he's not being fair to Dulu, because he's on his daughter-in-law's side, and against Dulu," explains Kašćelan, and then, responding to the soldier from Kavča in Cetinje, adds that he and Žuti will intervene to resolve the matter:
"And now I and Žuti have to intervene to resolve this between Dule and his daughter-in-law, she now wants Dule to take everything from the property. Sćepan's wife. He wants to take the hotel, the market... It's all up to Sćepan, and Dule invested the money that was left from Vila's business."
The Cetinje resident asks for an explanation of how Duka is against Dule, and the Kašćelan responds:
"Because half was given to Duka and half to Dule, because Dule joined the war after Vila... They have great wealth and the father wants everything they have to be divided into three parts - between Dule's mother, daughter-in-law and him. And that's right. There's a lot of real estate on Niko, and there's a market and a hotel on Šćepan, they were working on that and were finishing it when Šćepan was killed"...
Kaluđerović then questions why the wife of the now deceased Šćepan Roganović did not know that half of everything was Duško's...
Joining a clan
Pista told prosecutors that he was connected to the Kavač clan by Jovan Mirković, Kašćelan's former driver...
At the time, he claimed that they asked him to liquidate Budva residents Marko Ljubiša Kan, Goran Slovinić Bralo, journalist Olivera Lakić...
Pista was arrested on April 29, 2019, when it was disclosed that he had come to Budva with the intention of liquidating a Budva resident who is considered a security person of interest.
At the time, however, he claimed that he did not want to kill anyone, but to buy weapons. In the middle of last year, he decided to allegedly confess everything to investigators.
Before the special prosecutor at the end of October 2020, he also claimed that members of the Kavač clan in the Spusk prison told him which murders, attempts and explosives they were responsible for, but also that they planned the murder of Ivan Vukotić from Cetinje, Biljana Mančić from Belgrade, unsuccessfully organized the escape of Mario Milošević from a Kosovo prison, set fire to Ranko Radulović's weekend house, killed a man in prison, wounded Dragan Roganović....
