The police have filed a misdemeanor report in regular proceedings against former Minister of Justice Andrej Milović, for committing a misdemeanor under Article 7, paragraph 2 of the Law on Public Order and Peace - insulting and insolent behavior, the Police Directorate announced today.
The statement states that the Podgorica police acted upon a report against Milović for insults directed at the President of the Supreme Court, Valentina Pavličić, which he posted on his accounts on the social networks X and Facebook.
"The state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed of the incident, who stated that there were no elements of a criminal offense in relation to the incident, and that the aforementioned case was a misdemeanor," the statement reads.
