The Prosecutorial Council announced today that it conducted an interview with Radovan Đurišić, a candidate who applied for the public advertisement for the selection of the head of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Bar, and with Tijana Čelanović, a candidate who applied for the public advertisement for the selection of the head of the ODT in Kotor.
"Candidates will be notified of the interview results in a timely manner," the statement said.
The Prosecutorial Council added that consent has also been given to an algorithm in the information system developed using the random sample method, which will enable an even number of cases to be selected from each year in which the performance of the state prosecutor is evaluated.
"The application of the algorithm will enable not only the selection of an even number of cases in the state prosecutor evaluation process, but also a transparent process, with full respect for integrity," the statement reads.
The Prosecutorial Council said that the session adopted the Financial Report for the spending unit Prosecutorial Council and the Report on the Work of the Commission for the Code of Ethics of State Prosecutors for 2024, the Report of the Central Census Commission for the Inventory of Movable and Immovable Property as of December 31, 2024, as well as the Semi-Annual Report of the Prosecutorial Council on Work on Complaints for the Period July - December 2024.
