Pobjeda journalist Ana Raičković received a bruise above her hand from a kick, and redness on her neck from another person squeezing her hand.
This was said by medical expert, Dr. Krsto Nikolić, at today's evidentiary hearing at the Basic Court in Podgorica in the case against Zoran Ćoć Bećirović, Mladen Mijatović, Luka Bećirović and Ljubiša Dukić for the attack on Raičković.
Today's hearing was attended by traffic, medical, and forensic experts.
Nikolić said that Račković had redness and bruises that were caused by "medium to strong force."
Ana Raičković's son, Uroš Gagović, according to Nikolić, had "a clean abrasion, without any swelling or redness," which he assessed as having been caused by scratching.
In addition, as the medical expert concluded, Gagović was also punched.
Nikolić said that upon reviewing the medical documentation, it was determined that Mladen Mijatović had a suspected fracture of his right nasal bone.
"Which would suggest that the center of force was the right side of the nose, and considering that the bruise was in the area around the left eye, it is possible that the aforementioned bruises in the eye area, a fracture of the nasal bones without dislocation or displacement of the fractures, were inflicted with two blows with a clenched fist. The bruise in the area above the left ear and with redness of the left labial concha was inflicted with another blow, while the injury in the form of swelling in the left half of the occipital region occurred in the middle of Mladen Mijatović's fall and his contact with the ground," said the expert witness.
Traffic and mechanical expert, Goran Čarapić, answered the court's questions regarding the damage caused to Raičković's car.
"Based on the analysis of photographs of the damaged BMW vehicle, it can be concluded that the damage to the rear window is extensive, and if it was caused by a possible contact with a hand, then significant injuries would certainly have been sustained. For this reason, I believe that this damage could have occurred during a collision with a solid object, in my opinion," said Čarapić.
The defendants' defense attorney, Danilo Mićović, said that the damage to the rear windshield seen in the photographs did not match the size of the damage seen in the video of the incident after the defendant Luka Bećirović hit the windshield.
"It is obvious that someone subsequently expanded the damage," said Mićović.
Witness Milivoje Purić, an employee of the "Gurman" restaurant who was present on the night of the incident, did not attend today's hearing, although the court tried to summon him several times by mail, court messenger, and by telephone.
An expert witness in the information technology field, Nikola Cmiljanić, examined the video footage of the event recorded by surveillance cameras.
"Through detailed forensic analysis and the use of forensic tools, it was determined that these are videos of extremely poor technical quality, where after processing, a greater number of 'artificial' pixels, or video details, cannot be brought out, so a better video recording for the observer cannot be expected," Cmiljanić said at today's hearing.
After Judge Ilija Radulović thoroughly reviewed the video surveillance footage of the night in question at today's hearing and entered everything seen in the footage into the minutes, defense attorney Mićović said that he did not see two moments that the judge noted when entering them into the minutes.

"I did not notice anywhere that Bećirović hits Toma Arapović in the back of the head, nor the moment when you stated that Zorana Bećirović, while they were near the damaged vehicle, pushed Ana, causing her body to move, and I would like us to watch those parts again," said Mićović.
He added that "the defense notes that there is no squeezing of the neck anywhere, that there is no pulling of the hair by any of the defendants, but that it can be seen that Raickovic is grabbing herself by the neck and thus causing redness," said the lawyer.
"I saw on several occasions that Ana Raickovic and her son - the whole time she was trying to stop him from going to Gurman, they were pulling each other's arms - and that's exactly where she had the injuries. I must mention that the whole incident lasted half an hour, during which time Raickovic had 1000 opportunities to get away and leave," said Mićović.
He added that he noticed that after first getting into the vehicle, Raickovic was constantly on the phone, and that the vehicle's windows were closed - "which means that her fiancé could not hear the alleged insults directed at her," said Micovic.
"I would also say that when the injured party is driving her vehicle, it is clear that the damage to her rear windshield is much less than in the photos shown, so it is clear that someone subsequently extended the damage," said the defendants' defense attorney.
After watching the footage again, the defense attorney said that he did not see the punches and shoves that the judge noted, at the moment when the injured party made a head movement, there was no visible jerking of Bećirović following that movement, nor was there any evidence that he was holding Raičković or anyone else with his left hand.
Bećirović told the judge - "during the first review of the recording, you stated that I held Račković on the injured party's shoulder, and now you said that I held her by the collar - and I did neither," Bećirović told Judge Radulović.
Raičković said that she was filming the defendant because she was attacked at 21:11 PM, and after that, according to her, she called the police.
"I went to the police immediately after this, so if anyone has any doubts about the damage to my vehicle, I suggest that the police officers who compiled the documentation be heard in the evidentiary proceedings, who can confirm all my allegations, as well as how the defendants behaved. I suggest that an expert examination be carried out on the mobile phones of Mijatović and Bećirović, where it can be seen that Mijatović was recording my vehicle, and the words they were saying to me would also be heard," Raičković replied to Mićović.
Bećirović complained at today's hearing in the Basic Court because "prosecutor Romina Vlahović is prompting Raičković while he is speaking and showing him grabbing his neck, which the judge did not see, and I think she should not be doing that," Bećirović said.
Bećirović said that "this is more of a media trial."
"We are men, if we wanted to beat her, we would have beaten her. The video shows that no one is attacking her," he said.
"This recording proves that everything I said in defense was exactly what happened, and I will say more about all of that when we get to the moment of closing arguments," he said.
Defense attorney Marta Šćepanović asked the expert witness whether Raičković could have gotten a bruise above her hand when she was dragging her son in front of the car.
Expert witness Nikolić replied, "regarding the bruise on the skin above Raičković's left hand - the injury in question was not caused by a possible impact with the upper part of the left hand against a blunt object, such as a part of a motor vehicle or similar, nor could it have been caused by another person squeezing Raičković's left hand. She suffered a blow that caused the bruise and there is no way she hit an object," he explained.
Bećirović said that the expert witness should provide expert testimony based on medical documentation and not based on insight into the case files of "false witnesses".
To this, expert witness Nikolić replied that he had no insight into the statements during the expert examination, otherwise he would have quoted them.
"On the one hand, it is true that in certain cases, an expert examination cannot be performed in a quality manner without recognizing the circumstances of the case. In this specific case, this is not the case, that is, based on the available media facts in the available medical documentation, a quality expert examination could have been performed."
The expert witness added that, based on medical documentation, Gagović was not injured in any way.
Defense attorney Mićović said that the Basic State Prosecutor's Office has filed a case against Uroš Gagović for causing injuries to Mladen Mijatović.
Mićović requested the termination of the detention of Bećirović and Mijatović, as well as to replace the detention with one of the alternative measures, which the court refused.
"Those who are presented as attackers in the indictment were actually attacked," said Micovic.
What does the indictment say?
The indictment alleges that on November 10 last year at around 21 p.m., on Blaža Jovanovića Street, Zoran and Luka Bećirović, Mijatović and Dukić, in a group, by rudely insulting, abusing and committing violence against others, provoking fights and behaving insolently and recklessly, endangered the peace of citizens and disturbed public order and peace.
After a barrage of insults and threats, Raičković told Bećirović that he was not talking to her and that he would respect his age, after which he continued, and Mijatović joined him even more vigorously, who stood up and aggressively walked towards her. Raičković said that she would call the police, took the phone in her hands and said that she would record everything he said, after which Mijatović started moving towards her aggressively again and wanted to take the phone from her, which forced her to stop recording. Bećirović then said to Mijatović: "Record, record the license plate, we will find her". Raičković moved away and at 21.09:XNUMX p.m. called the police, and then contacted her son and fiancé, who had heard the insults and threats from Mijatović and Bećirović, who arrived before the police to protect her.
"Ljubiša Dukić approached her vehicle and told her to start the car and leave immediately, and persistently persuaded her not to cause any problems, that the defendants Bećirović Zoran and Mijatović Mladen had been drinking and that it was best to leave it that way, after which he went to allegedly talk to the defendants Bećirović Zoran and Mijatović Mladen," the indictment states.
