The trial of Nikola Mališić (33) for the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs at the Higher Court in Bijelo Polje was postponed today.
The hearing was postponed due to the defendant's illness, which his defense informed the court about in a motion.
According to the indictment, on December 7, 2023, at around 21:30 p.m. in Berane, Mališić sold an unspecified amount of cocaine, packaged in four handmade packages, to fellow citizen Ilija Pantović for 120 euros.
Some of the drugs were consumed by Pantović, Nikolja Kljajić and Aleksandar Martić, while the remaining amount of 0 grams, packaged in two handmade packages, was found by police officers with Martić, during a personal check at the "Marija Magdalena" catering facility in the Donja Ržanica settlement in Berane.
A new hearing is scheduled for April 15th.
