Cetinje police arrested fellow citizen Aida Karailo (52), suspected of attacking a neighbor and then ordering her dog to attack her.
"It is suspected that, at around 10:30 a.m. yesterday, in front of the entrance to the building where they live, she physically attacked the injured party, striking her several times in the head and body, knocking her to the ground. After the injured party managed to get up, AK continued to strike her, and then gave a command to her dog, which attacked the injured party and injured her in the right upper leg," the Police Directorate (UP) said in a statement.
The UP said that after providing medical assistance, the injured party was diagnosed with minor physical injuries, according to a report from a specialist doctor.
"Due to suspicion that she committed the criminal offense of endangering security, on the order of the acting prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Cetinje, AK was deprived of her liberty," the UP stated.
