The Pljevlja police found amphetamine in the possession of a person of operational interest, N.Ć. from Pljevlja, and it is suspected that the drug was sold to him by HC (29), also a person of operational interest, the Police Directorate (UP) announced today.
"Police officers, during a search of the person of operational interest N.Ć., against whom a criminal report had previously been filed for the criminal offense of endangering with a dangerous weapon during a fight and argument, found the narcotic drug amphetamine. Further criminal investigation led to suspicion that HC (29), a person of operational interest from Pljevlja, sold narcotic drugs to N.Ć., and a criminal report was filed against him with the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje for the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, while a misdemeanor report under Article 52 of the Law on Drug Abuse was filed against N.Ć.," the statement states.
The UP added that a criminal complaint was also filed against HC with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Pljevlja on suspicion that he committed aggravated theft at the end of last year.
