The former judge of the Administrative Court, Ljiljana Šoškić, has been elected as a judge of the Supreme Court of Montenegro, the Judicial Council announced.
It is stated that at today's session, the Council conducted interviews with candidates who applied for a public advertisement for the election of one Supreme Court judge.
As published on the Judicial Council's website, the interview was conducted with Šoškić, judges of the High Court in Podgorica Ognjana Boljević and of the Court of Appeal Vesna Moštrokol.
"After the legal procedure was carried out and the Ranking List was determined, the Council made the decision to elect Šoškić as a judge of the Supreme Court of Montenegro," the statement said.
The session adopted the Annual Report on the work of the Judicial Council and the overall situation in the judiciary for the past year.
