The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica ordered the detention of II for up to 72 hours on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of domestic violence or family violence.
"On March 19, at around 1.30:XNUMX a.m., the suspect, accompanied by a friend, came in front of the apartment where his wife II lives, and physically attacked his wife, who had come out in front of the building at their call, causing her minor bodily injuries, which occurred while shaking the victim's hand and snatching it away, in order to snatch the mobile phone from her hands, which the victim had previously taken from him," the Podgorica Public Prosecutor's Office announced.
