The Supreme Court Council has extended the detention of Dušan Boljević, a member of the criminal Skalja clan, until June 24th.
As announced by the Supreme Court, Boljević's detention was extended at the proposal of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT).
"The detention of the defendant DB was extended due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization under Article 401a, paragraph 2, in conjunction with paragraphs 1 and 6 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro and the criminal offense of aggravated murder under Article 144, items 4 and 8, in conjunction with Article 23, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro. The detention was extended on the grounds for detention under Article 175, paragraph 1, items 1,3, 4 and XNUMX of the Criminal Procedure Code," it was announced.
It is added that Boljević's detention was ordered by a decision of the investigating judge of the Higher Court in Podgorica on December 24, 2024, and extended by a decision of the council of that court on January 24.
