Officers of the Special Police Department, acting on the orders of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, arrested two members of the Special Police Unit during the day at the Special Police Unit camp in Zlatica.
According to "Vijesti", officers of the Special Police Unit - Dražen Vukadinović and Davor Lukačević - were arrested on suspicion of being part of a criminal organization involved in cigarette smuggling.

In addition to Vukadinović and Lukačević, another UP officer was arrested - Inspector of the Podgorica Police Department's Search Service Marko Đurišić.
Three UP officers are charged with the crime of creating a criminal organization and smuggling.

As part of this case, the owner of the company "Tehnomax" Vesko Petranović was arrested during the day, and was handcuffed when he landed at Podgorica airport.
Dejan Jokić, who was arrested by the SPO in February last year, was also arrested during the day on suspicion of being part of a criminal organization, which was allegedly formed by businessman Aleksandar Aco Mijajlović.
In this case, as "Vijesti" has learned, Branko Čelić and Ratomir Obrenić from Podgorica were also arrested, who are suspected of having played a role in cigarette smuggling from the Port of Bar, via Montenegro to EU countries.
The SPO is looking for several more people in this case.
