Podgorica police checked two people employed by a company providing physical and technical protection and confiscated their pistols.
"While conducting a check on persons in a catering facility, Podgorica police officers searched persons AM (50) and LS (26), who were found to be employed in the provision of physical and technical protection in a company from Podgorica. A Česka Zbrojovka pistol with an expired permit to carry weapons, which he had with him during his stay in the catering facility, was found and seized from person AM, while a search of the vehicles used by these persons found and seized a Glock pistol belonging to person LS, for which the permit to carry also expired," the Police Directorate announced.
The prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica will, after reviewing the case files, declare the legal qualification of the offense.
