The Special State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against: Iman Muhamad, Amar Hekalo, Elvira Hekalo, Sabina Bašić Hekalo, Željko Bujišić, Đok Kovačević, Radan Anđušić, Darko Bošković, Mileta Raonić, Boban Krstonijević, Boban Ječmenica, Branka Gačević and Shizard Rasouli, on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization and illegally crossing the state border and smuggling people.

"The subject of the indictment is the activities of a criminal organization during 2023 until October last year, in Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece and Spain, which was organized by the defendant MI and an unknown person, and whose members were the other defendants and other unknown persons, for the purpose of committing the criminal offense of illegal crossing of the state border and smuggling of people, and for the purpose of smuggling people from Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Syria and other countries, to Montenegro and which dealt with the illegal transfer of a large number of people across the border of Montenegro and enabling others to illegally cross the border or illegally stay or transit, for at least 350 people, for the purpose of obtaining financial or other benefits," the SDT said.
