Berane police arrested AV (20) for driving under the influence.
"The Berane police have deprived the liberty of a young driver AV (20) who installed a light signaling device on a vehicle with Rožaje license plates that is used exclusively by vehicles with priority of passage and escorted vehicles, thereby committing a violation of the Traffic Safety Act (ZOBS)," the Police Directorate stated on the social network Iks.
