The Forest and Hunting Management Directorate announced that criminal charges have been filed against RB for illegal logging in Mojkovac. They say the person has admitted guilt.
"Today, as part of intensive field controls, illegal logging in a state forest was successfully discovered in the Mojkovac Regional Unit. During a visit to the Polje region, the regional forester discovered illegal logging in a state forest in the amount of 13,26 m³. Through a detailed analysis of the terrain and collection of evidence, illegally cut wood assortments were found and successfully seized. Criminal charges were filed against the person RB, who pleaded guilty, for illegal logging in state forests," the statement reads.
The forestry inspector was notified of the case, and the case was forwarded to the competent authorities for further action.
