Montenegrin police, thanks to interceptors, have arrested three people in the last 48 hours who were driving at twice the speed limit.
As the Police Directorate announced on the X network, SA from Podgorica was arrested for driving at a speed of 149 kilometers per hour (km/h) on a road with a speed limit of 60 km/h.
The announcement states that BD from Nikšić was arrested for driving 165 km/h on a road with a speed limit of 80 km/h, and B.Lj. from Serbia was arrested for driving at 176 km/h on the highway.
"Traffic participants are safer thanks to the interceptors," the Police Directorate said.
