The Special State Prosecutor's Office suspects that the fugitive from Nikšić Radomir Boban Bacovic A decade ago, he organized a criminal group that was involved in drug trafficking internationally, and in cooperation with countries in the region, new investigations are expected into the organization of kidnappings, as well as murders.
Although Baćović has been known as one of the leaders of the Montenegrin underworld since the 1990s, he has not been prosecuted for any serious crimes in Montenegro or in the countries of the region for more than two decades.
The SDT investigation charges him with being the head of a criminal organization that committed 15 criminal offenses - unauthorized production and distribution of narcotics.
As Serbian media reports, after he was murdered in Istanbul in 2022 Jovan Vukotic, Baćović is allegedly from Belgrade with Luka Bojović took over the leadership of the Skaljari criminal clan.
On the orders of the SDT, officers of the Special Police Department arrested the residents of Danilovgrad Miloš Mikica Lalević i Igor Vujošević, who are suspected of being part of Baćović's criminal group, which was involved in drug smuggling.
The criminal complaint filed by the SPO also includes a man from Subotica Alain Kurina, whom the media calls the head of the "Vojvodina clan", a native of Podgorica Damir Frljučkić but and Vjekoslav Vjeko Lambulic, who has been in custody in Supša since October 2023, on suspicion of being with a Budva resident Radovan Perović and from Tivćanin Mile Ojdanić organized cocaine smuggling.
Lambulić is also included in the SDT indictment in the “General” case.
Highway chase
In preparation for an operation against important links in the clan of Radomir Boban Baćović, officers of the Special Police Department waited at the border crossing with Serbia on Thursday, April 10 of this year, as "Vijesti" learned from several sources, for Miloš Mikica Lalević to enter Montenegro from that country.
As Vijesti learned, in the late hours, inspectors separated the car in which the Danilovgrad resident was with his family, and then took him to the SPO premises.
A few hours later, members of the SPO arrested the suspect Igor Vujošević after a film-like chase on the highway from Kolašin to Podgorica.
The next day, on the orders of the SDT, SPO officers searched the apartments of Lalević and Vujošević, as well as other properties owned by them.
The searches continued on Saturday when the Lalević family home in the village of Mijokusovići, near Danilovgrad, was searched.
Baćović, Kurina and Frljučkić are currently unavailable to the SDT, but the institution announced that they have proposed issuing an arrest warrant for them.
Kurina, as the media writes, has been the leader of the "Vojvodina clan" for years, and in 2015 he barely survived the ambush in Palić when a man from Nikšić was killed. Filip Vilotijević.
He was linked in criminal circles to the murder of Novljanin. Vladimir Roganović in Vienna, and was therefore allegedly the target of the "Kavach clan", although the murder was never officially solved.
Kurina, along with Baćović, was also close to Nikšić's Ranko Radošević called Escobar, who was liquidated in March 2023 at a gas station in Rušanj.
Defendant Damir Frljučkić, who is included in the investigation, was convicted in 2018 on suspicion of having organized a group involved in marijuana smuggling two years earlier.
Skunk paths
The Special State Prosecutor's Office announced that the criminal group is charged with creating a criminal organization and 15 criminal offenses of unauthorized production, possession and trafficking of narcotics.
The SDT announced that a criminal group is suspected of smuggling marijuana from Turkey to the Netherlands and Belgium...

The prosecution states that personal, written and electronic evidence has been collected, which indicates a reasonable suspicion that Baćović organized a criminal group, whose members included the other defendants and as yet unidentified persons.
It is stated that the goal of the organization was to commit the most serious crimes, "including murder, kidnapping and international drug trafficking, for the purpose of acquiring illegal profit and power."
This organization, as claimed by the SDT, has operated in Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Turkey, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and other European countries, in the period from 2015 to the present.
"The criminal organization has repeatedly purchased the narcotic drug marijuana in Albania for sale, imported it into Montenegro for sale and transported it through Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, in order to sell it and sell it in Hungary. At the proposal of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, the investigating judge ordered the detained defendants to be detained, and it was also proposed that an arrest warrant be issued for the defendants who are on the run."
After being questioned by the investigating judge of the Higher Court in Podgorica, Lalević and Vujošević were remanded in custody and sent to Spuž.
Vujošević was the “Pink Panther”
The defendant, Igor Vujošević, from Danilovgrad, was arrested in March 2012 as a member of the criminal organization "Pink Panther" for robbing a jewelry store in Lucerne, Switzerland.
He was sentenced to four years in prison by a Geneva court.
The verdict was handed down on charges that he and another Montenegrin stole 78 watches, worth around 1,3 million Swiss francs, from the "Lion" jewelry store on Lowenplatz in Lucerne.
They then stormed the jewelry store, and in less than 90 seconds, threatening it with a malfunctioning starter gun, smashed the windows and stole antique watches. The robbers were arrested the day after the theft, in an apartment in Dietkon, 60 kilometers from Lucerne. Swiss police found 77 watches in their possession.
Zvicer wanted to turn the Skalja fans against Baćović
Judging by data from decrypted communications from the SKY application, the fugitive leader of the Kavač clan, Radoje Zvicer, planned to end the war with the Skaljarci by "blooding the criminal group gathered around Jovan Vukotić with Baćović, and then watching and enjoying while they exterminate each other"...
He was thinking about this while his soldiers were holding Milo Radulović, a member of the Skalja team, captive, from whose phone number they were sending messages and luring numerous members of the rival team into ambushes.
After agreeing, on October 20, 2020, to act in that direction through the SKY application, using Radulović's account on that encrypted program, they convinced the Skaljare people that Baćović had changed his jersey and started hunting them.
They forwarded this information to several addresses, which bore fruit because some of the Skalja residents created special chat groups, in which the captured Radulović, on Zvicer's instructions, additionally explained to them that "Baćović betrayed them and killed their brothers."
During the correspondence in the group chat, Radulović convinces Vukotić and the Skaljarci, who are writing under the pseudonyms Shell and Ivo, that they must react urgently and liquidate Baćović.
Although Zvicer initially asks Radulović to suggest to Vukotić that they not touch Baćović's family, but only go after him, Milan Vujotić joins the correspondence and suggests the opposite. He explains that the Skaljar people should be persuaded to kill Baćović's brother, and then they should forward him the messages they exchanged with Radulović.
"We should urge them to skin his brother, if they can't bring him, or we won't be able to bring him." They skin his brother and then we just play these messages to him as they agreed. They have to butcher each other," suggested Vujotić.
Baćović was arrested in Serbia in 2013, on a warrant issued by Montenegro, which wanted him for serving a six-month prison sentence for violent behavior.
