The legal representative of the Bemaks company, Zoran Piperović, announced that the director of the Network for the Affirmation of the Non-Governmental Sector (MANS), Vanja Ćalović Marković, will be sued for violating the right to personality of a legal entity.
Piperović reacted to the claims of Vanja Ćalović Marković, who, at today's meeting of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, said that the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, was the Minister of Finance when Bemaks was smuggling cigarettes from the Free Zone of the Port of Bar.

Piperović said in a statement to "Vijesti" that he would request that the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) and the Special Police Department (SPO) state whether there is evidence that Bemaks is engaged in anything other than what is stated in its Statute.
He said that Ćalović Marković is making claims that Bemaks is participating in cigarette smuggling because he has personal motives, who knows what.
"If anyone knows that Bemaks is involved in cigarette smuggling, I urge them to contact the prosecutor's office in their municipality." It is unacceptable for a woman to slander the legal entity Bemaks, because she has something personal against a natural person," Piperović told Vijesti.
