Ilija Bogdanović, a resident of Cetinje, was killed tonight in the Royal Capital, twenty minutes after midnight.
The Police Directorate (UP) announced that he was killed on Vojvode Boža Street.
"An unknown person used a firearm in the direction of the injured party IB (39), who was traveling in a vehicle with his wife at the time, after which IB died from his injuries in a hospital in Cetinje, while his wife was not injured," the police said.
They explain that the police immediately blocked off the scene, notified the state prosecutor, and took investigative measures and actions to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
"Officers of the Regional Security Center "Centar", the Crime Prevention Sector, officers of the Forensic Investigation Group and members of the Special Police Unit are at the disposal of the officers of the Cetinje Security Department," explained the UP.
They pointed out that they had informed the Higher State Prosecutor's Office about the incident.
