Nikšić police are searching for Luka Mumin (28) on suspicion that he attempted to kill PK (41) in the town near Trebjes.
This was announced by the Police Directorate, stating that Mumin is an operationally interesting person.
"The attempted murder occurred during a fight in a nightclub, and all the perpetrators of the fight have been identified, deprived of their liberty, and criminal charges will be filed against them on suspicion of committing the crime of participating in the fight," the UP said.
They pointed out that the arrested Aleksandar Kovačević (OIL), Mile Jovanović, Andrija Marković, Stefan Ivanović, Lazar Bojović, Đorđe Perović and Aleksandar Kruščić were deprived of their liberty on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of participating in a fight and will be brought to the competent prosecutor with a criminal report.
Jovanović and Marković are alleged members of the Nikšić cell of the Škalja clan.
The police explained that last night, around two o'clock after midnight, a fight between several people was reported in a nightclub on Novice Cerovića Street in Nikšić.
"Immediately after receiving the information, police officers from the Nikšić Military District were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, they found a member of an OKG MJ (38), a person of operational interest PM (24) and PK (41) from Nikšić, who had injuries and were transported to the Nikšić Medical Center for medical assistance. MJ and PM were found to have minor injuries and were brought to the official premises of the Nikšić Military District for further official measures and actions. PK sustained a stab wound to the chest and was kept in surgery at the Medical Center. According to the information we have, his condition is stable and not life-threatening," the UP announced.
They point out that both LB (21) and AK (22) came to the Medical Center for medical assistance.
"LB was not injured, and AK was found to have minor injuries. The two were then also brought to the official premises of the Nikšić Military Police."
"Taking measures and actions in order to clarify all the circumstances of the incident in question, police officers from the Nikšić Police Station came to know that a fight had occurred inside the aforementioned facility between the following persons: person of operational interest AK (47), member of an OKG MJ (38), member of an OKG AM (40), SI (37) and PK (41) on the one hand and person of operational interest LM (28), LB (21), Đ.P. (28), AK (22) and two other currently unknown persons on the other hand. These persons were throwing glasses, bottles, chairs and other objects at each other, and at one point LM stabbed PK in the chest with a knife, after which he left in an unknown direction. The state prosecutors at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica and the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić were informed about the incident. The State Prosecutor at the VDT in Podgorica stated that the actions of LM constitute the essential elements of the criminal offense of murder in attempt, to the detriment of PK, and ordered that he be deprived of his liberty upon discovery. In relation to the other participants in the fight, the state prosecutor at the ODT in Nikšić stated that this was a criminal offense of participating in a fight," the police said.
