After the hearing, the investigating judge ordered the detention of Andrija Marković and Milo Jovanović, residents of Nikšić.
These two alleged members of the Skaljari criminal clan were arrested on suspicion of participating in a fight in a Nikšić bar on the night of April 26th.
In that incident, P.K. was wounded, and the police are searching for Luka Mumin on suspicion that he tried to kill him.
After the incident in the Nikšić bar, the Police Directorate announced that, while working to shed light on the event, they discovered that the person of operational interest (OIL) Aleksandar Kovačević, Jovanović, Marković, Stefan Ivanović and the wounded PK had a fight with Mumin, who is also a person of operational interest, and with Lazar Bojović, Đorđe Perović and Aleksandar Kruščić and two other currently unknown persons.
"These individuals were throwing glasses, bottles, chairs and other objects at each other, and at one point LM stabbed PK in the chest with a knife, after which he fled in an unknown direction. The state prosecutors at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica and the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić were informed about the incident. The State Prosecutor at the High State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica stated that LM's actions constituted the essential elements of the criminal offense of attempted murder, to the detriment of PK, and ordered that he be deprived of his liberty upon discovery. In relation to the other participants in the fight, the State Prosecutor at the High State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić stated that this was a criminal offense of participating in a fight," the police said after the incident in the Nikšić bar.
