Three persons of operational interest were arrested last night in Ulcinj, as part of the intensified activities of the Regional Security Center "South", the Police Directorate announced.
They point out that officers from the Ulcinj Security Department also found cocaine on two young people, then found and confiscated marijuana. They sanctioned drivers who were driving under the influence of alcohol and psychoactive substances.
"The traffic police arrested the drivers: N.Ć. (34) from Cetinje, who was driving under the influence of marijuana, and the person of operational interest SL (53) from Rožaje, in whom testing revealed the presence of cocaine and marijuana. N.Ć. was fined 2000 euros and banned from driving for six months, while SL was sentenced to 30 days in prison and banned from driving for six months," the Police Directorate announced.

The UP points out that they stopped a Ford in Ulcinj, without license plates, which failed to stop at a STOP sign. While they were chasing the car, two men got out and fled.
"One person was caught and identified as NM (24), a person of operational interest from Bar, who pushed a police officer away during the search, after which he was arrested for committing a misdemeanor under the Law on Public Order and Peace. Another person of operational interest, MV (24) from Berane, the driver of the aforementioned vehicle, was later found in the area of the Bojana River mouth and arrested for committing a misdemeanor under the Law on Road Traffic Safety. NM was fined 1500 euros for obstructing a police officer in the performance of his official duties, while MV was sentenced to 15 days in prison and a fine of 300 euros," the Police Department announced.
According to "Vijesti", the individuals in question are Nemanja Malobabić from Bar and Mladen Vulević from Berane.
"Officers of the Ulcinj Security Department deprived the freedom of Serbian citizen FH (29) from Novi Pazar, who was tested and found to be driving under the influence of marijuana, thus committing a violation of the Road Traffic Safety Act. In addition, a certain amount of marijuana was found on this person during the control, thus committing a violation of the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse. FH was fined 1700 euros by the misdemeanor judge for both violations. In the Ada Bojana area, BK (20) and SM (19) from Podgorica were controlled, and cocaine was found on them, which BK is suspected of giving to a female person SM for consumption. By order of the prosecutor, a criminal complaint was filed against BK on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of enabling the consumption of narcotic drugs to the detriment of SM, as well as a misdemeanor report under the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse. In the same area, marijuana was found on AS (27) from Berane, after which "He was arrested for committing a misdemeanor under Article 52 of the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse. Kosovo citizen UK (39) and Ulcinj resident ZD (41) were also arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol," the police statement reads.
