Suspect accused of beating one-month-old son and common-law wife to be detained for up to 72 hours

The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica ordered the detention of HH for up to 72 hours due to suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of domestic violence or family violence, hitting his common-law wife and one-month-old son.

This was announced by the Podgorica State Prosecutor's Office, stating that after a verbal argument, the suspect lightly injured his common-law wife and one-month-old son, punching them several times.
