The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica ordered the detention of RL for up to 72 hours due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of domestic violence or family violence.
This was announced by the Podgorica State Prosecutor's Office, stating that the suspect endangered the safety of the injured party's wife AJ, threatening her with the words that "she must be careful what she says at the trial against him, because after that no court will help her anymore."
He was previously ordered to refrain from approaching the injured party.
