The police will file a request to initiate misdemeanor proceedings against M.Ž., who was driving a bus and overtook a convoy of vehicles during a traffic stop due to a traffic accident in the town of Vranjina.
The Police Directorate announced that they reacted after the publication of the photo and in a short time identified and found M.Ž., who was driving a bus from a transport company, with Ulcinj plates.
It is added that he was found to have committed a violation under the Road Traffic Safety Act (overtaking a convoy of vehicles).
"A request to initiate misdemeanor proceedings will be filed against M.Ž. In connection with the traffic accident in which motorcyclist JV was fatally injured, we would like to inform you that the police have identified all participants in the accident and taken statements from them at the police premises, which has been reported to the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica," the police announced.
