Podgorica resident D.Č. (39) was arrested on suspicion of murdering his father in the Podgorica neighborhood of Malo brdo.
The Police Directorate (UP) announced that he stabbed his father, who succumbed to his injuries at the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG).
"Namely, after a family argument in the Malo Brdo neighborhood in Podgorica, the suspect D.Č. (39) used a cold weapon - a knife, to injure his father in the chest area, who succumbed to his injuries at the Clinical Center of Montenegro," the statement states.
The Police Department said that further police and prosecutorial activities are underway to determine all facts and circumstances.
