Russian citizen ME (37) was arrested at the Ranche border crossing point (BP) on suspicion of having a forged driver's license, the Police Directorate (PD) announced today.
"Namely, at the border crossing in Ranche, a Russian citizen ME (37) approached the border control, driving a passenger motor vehicle with Bar license plates. After examining the personal documents that this person provided, the police officers suspected the correctness of the driver's license, on which certain discrepancies and irregularities in terms of printing were noted," the statement states.
The UP added that after collecting information from ME, the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Pljevlja was informed about the incident, who qualified the crime and on whose order ME was arrested and criminal charges were filed against him on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of forging a document.
