The Chairman of the Security Committee, Miodrag Laković from the Europe Now Movement, said that it was not possible to hold a session of that parliamentary body earlier on the tragedies in Cetinje, which will be discussed behind closed doors on Friday by MPs and security sector leaders.
Laković said in the Reflektor show on TV Vijesti that he was a colleague with the arrested long-time National Security Agency agent and former Police Administration officer Duško Golubović back in 1992, but that after that they parted ways and had no contact whatsoever.
Golubović was arrested on suspicion of money laundering, and Laković also claimed that he had no information that any of the PES members were close to him, but he spoke about Golubović's acquaintance with some people who are related to the prime minister.
"In 24 years, our paths have not crossed on any grounds," he said.
When asked which of the people close to Prime Minister Spajić was in daily contact with Golubović, Laković replied: "that I know of - no one."
"And what is being imputed to a family relationship between Prime Minister Spajić, I think is an acquaintance of which I cannot say what intensity, but that it is a completely benign relationship in a civil sense," Laković added, confirming that he was talking about Sreten Kankaraš.
