The captain was then kidnapped, and they all fell into a trap that, according to the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), was lured into by a man from Kavkaz. Ratko Zivkovic, taking advantage of his acquaintance and godfather connections with Radulović.
At the beginning of the correspondence, Mandić and Ulama are initially surprised how Hodžić allowed himself to be captured, because he was always armed.
"Brother, if something had gone wrong, they would have brought the General (Captain) to the meeting, brother, the General is more important to everyone than Dak, we are thinking logically," says Mandić.
"That's what I said, brother," Ulama agreed.
"Well, yes, brother, and they were in pitch darkness, brother, so they would have killed them all at once, brother," adds the first.
Mandić then explains that their police officer is reviewing the footage from the surveillance cameras in Spuž, where they were passing by in the car, and that they will then see everything.
On the same day, he sends him a message that "everything has been found out" and that Mijanović has sold them.

Investigators determined that the double murder occurred in the Stanjevića Rupa neighborhood in Spuž, in the house of Ratko Živković.

Radulović, a native of Kragujevac living in Bar, was killed at the end of 2020.
The case of his kidnapping and murder is in the same indictment as the double murder in Spuž - of Damir Hodžić and his son-in-law Adis Spahić, who had no criminal record.

It says that Ratko Živković took advantage of his acquaintance and godfather ties with the injured Radulović and lured him to come to the alleged meeting, together with Hodžić.
At that meeting, it was announced earlier by the Prosecutor's Office, Hodžić and Spahić were immediately liquidated, and Radulović was captured, tortured for days and finally killed.
According to the SDT, members of the criminal Kavač clan strangled Radulović after brutal torture, then burned his body on Lovćen - on a pyre made of car tires.
Mandic and Podgorica Emil Tuzovic They are in prison in Ukraine, because they are being held in that country for the attempted murder of the leader of the Kavach clan, Zvicer.
