Pljevlja police arrested D.Č. (40) from that city on suspicion of selling drugs to another person.
The Police Directorate said that he is charged with the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs.
"Police officers previously found another person with narcotics that they suspect he purchased from D.Č. After informing the prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje of the case, which qualified as a criminal offense, D.Č. was deprived of his liberty on his order," the Police Directorate said.
They say that police officers will continue with activities within their jurisdiction in order to suppress street drug sales and protect the safety and health of citizens.
