The head of the blacksmith clan Radoje Switzerland He practically organized a police operation to arrest mercenaries from the Skaljari criminal group who, as he claims, were planning the murder of his close associate. Slobodan Kašćelan, but he emphasized to the police officers to whom he supplied information that he was only interested in making an arrest Jovan Vukotić as the one who gives the order, not the "beans" around him...
Less than two months before the then Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) headed by Milivoj Katnić, triumphantly announced the news in front of the press about the solution to that crime, a Kotor resident writes on Sky with Peter Lazović i Ljubo Milović and agree on what to do in that case.
He repeatedly emphasizes to these police officers that the primary goal is to deprive the leader of the Skaljarci of his freedom, "since it is impossible to kill him", and not those he sent because, as he claims, he could have taken the bombers alive himself...
First, he tells them where the apartment where the members of the Skaljar clan will be staying is, and then he explains in detail what weapons they will find there...
"The shed will be in this part that is not inhabited, that is, the block where the old apartment was, some guy will buy all the things with the plastic and carry them to the shed... In addition to the motorcycle and the bomb, they will have a gun and a bulletproof vest," he says under the nickname Born, during correspondence on December 11, 2020.
Milović, as Officer on Sky, says he knows which building it is, and notes that it would be a good idea to have cameras there, because it would help them a lot in further police work on the case...
"It would be good if there were cameras... Let's see who's coming in and out... A camera would make it easier to process the crowd tomorrow," explains the now-fugitive police officer.
Then he joins the conversation Junior - Lazović, who asks if Zvicer knows which of them will be the direct perpetrator of the criminal offense:
"Ok, so they're coming in, you don't even know who the possible perpetrator is," writes the then informal leader of the police Special Operational Support Department.
Milović interjects and says that Zvicer doesn't need to know that, because: "We'll arrest them and then we'll find out."
Born, however, informs them that he has made their job easier because he has already set up the camera:
"I put the camera I sent you the pictures of, it's good for daytime, they'll enter over the board through that apartment and go down," Zvicer states.
He then tells them that they are being sent by Tuzo, as Emil Tuzović, a member of the Škalja clan, is called, who is facing charges in Ukraine for the attempted murder of Zvicer.
"Tuzo mostly sends them... He says the stench is to delete everything from the phone, he is very careful... He turned off all the cameras for 10 days, he talks about everything as if they have already been down... Find out who Tuzo's son-in-law is, it's not difficult," Zvicer says.
Lazović replies that he is trying, and then the head of the coffee shop gives them new instructions: "Stoyo, Tuzov puts, Shklempo (Jovan Vukotić) I would have picked these up too, Raja wouldn't have... Mrsić, Miladin Dedović "It will be 100% logistics... It's possible that Dedović will be putting those things away," Kotoranin underlines.
Then he reveals to them that the head of the Skalja clan, Vukotić, "has taken a new phone" and will be on a phone group with his subordinates...
"After the work is done, turn off their phone," says Zvicer.
He then writes in large letters that it is very important that the logisticians are caught and that they say that Vukotić sent them to follow Stari (Kašćelan)...
"That's the most important moment, to squeeze them in... Without that, the work is useless, because I could have skinned the bombers alive... The staff and logistics are the problem," he says.
Lazović, however, says that he would arrest everyone, but that he would see how things would unfold: "I would arrest everyone, and we will see what the prosecutor will give and what he can do. The bombers should open up and we should go after the others."
Zvicer repeats to him that their job is useless if Vukotić is not arrested:
"... But if we don't cover Šklemp and the logistics, then tell that prosecutor that they've broken into us, and I'll clean these up, I don't need them to be sent to prison for 4-5 years, I'm just doing this for Klemp because it's impossible to kill him," Zvicer says.
THEY KNEW EVERYTHING
One of the heads of the Kavač clan, Slobodan Kašćelan, commented on the planning of an attack on him on Sky almost three months before they, along with the then SDT, announced that they had prevented his murder....
At the end of October 2020, Cetinjanin Nenad Neno Kaluđerović asks him if the Skaljar people have "started working on it", and he replies that they haven't because they are still "assembling the device"...
Special prosecutors Katnić, Saša Čađenović and the then Assistant Police Director Zoran Lazović held a press conference on January 28, 2021 and announced that they had prevented Kašćelan's assassination, as well as the liquidation of Belgrade residents Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković.
This is a "famous" press conference, from which Lazović said that these people should not be feared or treated as outlaws, because they are under constant surveillance.
Katnić, Čađenović and Lazović are today accused of collaborating with the Kavača criminal clan, and the document states that Lazović "in public and media appearances, misled the public that these individuals entered Montenegro at the request of the police of the Republic of Serbia and that the Police Administration of Montenegro and he, as a senior officer, took police measures and actions against them, in accordance with the law."
The conference also said that on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, they prevented another liquidation in Bar and that Dušan Ivanović, Momčilo Momo Milić and Hasan Turković were arrested for this, and are suspected of hiding explosives, which they failed to use in the attempted liquidation of Kašćelan on January 22, and so they intended to transport it to Bar, where they were supposed to kill a member of a criminal group close to the Kavče people.
"Kečer" on Sky and in the indictment
Born tells the police that the smartest thing to do is "let the logistics out on the street for two days, to film them": "If you take orders for them and at five in the morning to open the phone, then there's no one to turn them off, because only the locksmith has their ID, and he will be picked up... When the locksmith takes the phones and opens them from the logistics, it will be clear that he is leading them on."
Milović says he agrees and that phones are the most important in that case.
"The phones are the most important and Šklemo is trying to get up, not turn them off... Let's just see tonight if he gets into the box... And the catcher picks up the base traffic," Milović writes.
Zvicer mentions the police "kečer" and asks if that device is in Kotor.
The indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office against police officer Lazović, among other things, states that on December 9, 2020, he informed Zvicer about the planned official activities of the Police Directorate related to the use of a technical device, the so-called "kečer" in Kotor in relation to a member of the opposing criminal organization Dedović Miladin: "And that on February 10 of the same year, he sent him a photo of operational information from the Police Directorate database for Nikola Perušinović from Budva."
