The Bar police arrested MP (45) on suspicion of stealing a toolbox from a family house in Bar, and then going to another family house, also in Bar, and using a suitable tool or physical force to open the door, search the interior and steal two mobile phones, the Police Directorate (PD) announced today.
The statement states that he is suspected of five counts of aggravated theft and the criminal offense of forgery and misuse of credit cards and cashless payment cards.
The UP added that three days after the two aforementioned thefts, MP entered the house of the third injured party using a suitable means or physical force, where he acted on the balcony door, ransacked it and stole a laptop and an external hard drive.
"Furthermore, on the same evening, from the house of a third injured party, which he entered in the same way, he stole the injured party's personal documents, a bank card, money in the amount of 200 euros, a wallet and a purse. Furthermore, five days later, MP stole a wallet containing money in the amount of 90 euros, personal documents and a bank card from another family home," the statement reads.
The UP said that MP committed the criminal offense of forgery and misuse of credit cards and cards for non-cash payments by using one of the bank cards at an ATM and withdrawing 500 euros.
