Serbian citizens Miljan Jovanović, Aleksandar Stefanović and Dušan Trkulja were sent to the Spuž Remand Prison by the decision of the investigative judge of the Basic Court in Kotor, Špiro Pavićević.
This was announced to "Vijesti" by the spokesperson of that court, Judge Veljko Bulatović, stating that they were remanded in custody for up to 30 days due to the risk of flight and repetition of the criminal offense.
According to a statement from the Police Directorate, the three of them planned the murder of a resident of Kotor, Macedonia, on the orders of Nikšić resident Danijela Banićević.
According to official data, they planned to commit the crime using suitable means: a wooden bat and a hammer.
Vijesti unofficially learned that of the three arrested Serbian citizens, two are butchers and one is a carpenter.
Vijesti's interlocutor pointed out that evidence collected during the operation indicates suspicion that they came to Kotor with the intention of committing a serious crime.
