The review of the indictment against the defendants for the murder of Petar Lipovina and Žarko Pejaković is scheduled for June 13 at the Higher Court in Podgorica. The extra-judicial panel will be chaired by Judge Zoran Radović, Ivana Vukmirović, an independent public relations advisor at the court, confirmed to "Vijesti".
On November 6, 2024, at around 15.20:30 p.m., masked attackers fired more than XNUMX bullets from automatic weapons into the vehicle in which Lipovina and Pejaković were located.
The prosecution suspects Vuk Lalatović (25) from Nikšić and Artur Cimerman (28) from Belgrade as the direct perpetrators, for whom the police are searching. In addition to Lalatović and Cimerman, who was previously called Nikola, the police are also searching for Lazar Lazić (31) from Belgrade.
Sava Kaluđerović (21), Aleksandar Dacić (23), Miljan Marijanović (23), Nikoleta Uskoković (20) and a Danish citizen residing in Andrijevica, Tomi Ra Frost (41), were arrested for the double murder.
The Higher State Prosecutor's Office (VDT) has filed an indictment against eight people suspected of the murder of Petar Lipovina and Žarko Pejaković, which occurred on November 6 in Podgorica, at the Cetinje - Nikšić roundabout. The VDT in Podgorica previously announced that the indictment was filed after an investigation. As they stated, the indictment was filed against VL, ASC and LL for the criminal offenses of aggravated murder and illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.
"An indictment has been filed against SK, AD, MM, NU, and TF for the criminal offenses of aggravated murder by aiding and abetting and unlawful possession and carrying of weapons and explosives by aiding," the statement said.
