High-ranking member of the criminal group Ivan Delić, who is wanted by the Special State Prosecutor's Office as part of Operation "General" for transnational drug trafficking, was a member of the so-called Seventh Directorate, claims professor and former security advisor to former Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić, Vojo Laković.
Laković claims that members included Samir Usanagić, uncle of Damir Mandić, as well as Zoran Lazović and former National Security Agency agent Duško Golubović.
"Members included Periša Vukašinović, Mirko Nikčević, Miško Pejović and Ljubiša Mijatović, which is very interesting. Mijatović was connected to the then President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović. The current professor Veselin Konatar was also a member, as was Zoran 'Žuti' Đukanović, a man of Đukanović's trust. There are also Aleksandar Šaković, Predrag Šuković and Bato Milić. I have more names, and when the time comes, I will publish that list. There is also secretary Mila Kovačević, the 'black box' of the Seventh Administration," Laković said in a guest appearance on "Aplus" television, as reported by the media outlet.
Laković mentioned that the head of the Seventh Directorate was a prominent official of the then State Security Service of Montenegro, Darko Beli Raspopović.
Raspopović was murdered in 2001 and the crime was never solved.
"The position of head of the Seventh Directorate was offered to Daco Pejović, head of the DB from Bar, but he refused," said Laković.
Delić was linked to the murder of former Federal Minister of the Interior of the FRY, Pavle Bulatović, in Belgrade in 2000.
He was also questioned in the investigation into the murder of Duško Jovanović, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Dan", who was killed in late May 2004 in Podgorica.
He was arrested earlier this month in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
