The Council of the Higher Court in Podgorica, in a decision dated May 14, confirmed the indictment filed by the Special State Prosecutor's Office on March 11 against Radoje Zvicer, Nikola Vušović, Mario Milošević, Radovan Mujović, Ivan Biletić, Aleksandar Ćetković, Davor Kordić, Damir Mandić and Branko Simić, for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization.
"The indictment was filed due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that the accused RZ and NV, in mid-2020, in Montenegro and Serbia, organized a criminal organization whose members became the other accused, as well as the accused SS, LI, MG, NM and MK, against whom the Special State Prosecutor's Office has already filed an indictment Kt-S No. 12/21, dated July 20, 2021, for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization, and against the accused LI for the criminal offenses of attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons and explosives, SS for the criminal offense of attempted murder and NM for the criminal offense of attempted murder by incitement, which entered into legal force, as it was confirmed by the Higher Court in Podgorica," the SDT announced.
According to the indictments, the criminal organization aimed to kill Marko Kan Ljubiša from Budva, as well as other people close to him, using firearms.
