The State Prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić filed an indictment with the Basic Court in that city against ZP, RP, MP, PB and MM, for the criminal offenses of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives, illegal hunting and killing and torturing of animals and destruction of their habitat.
"The evidence collected during the investigation leads to a reasonable suspicion that on April 12, 2025, ZP, RP, MP, PB and MM were carrying weapons without authorization and were hunting game in an area where hunting is prohibited when they shot a brown bear," the Nikšić ODT announced.
