Two Azerbaijani citizens stabbed in apartment in Ulcinj, police searching for attackers

Two Azerbaijani citizens, AM (34) and Dž.A. (39), were wounded tonight in Ulcinj, and the police are intensively searching for the attackers.

According to Vijesti, the attack took place in an apartment near Velika plaza, where AM and Dž.A. were stabbed.

Both wounded men were transported to the General Hospital in Bar, where they received medical attention.

The Police Directorate announced that the Ulcinj Security Department's Duty Service was notified this evening at around 20.55:XNUMX p.m. that two people had been injured in an apartment located in a residential building in the Ulcinj Municipality.

"Police officers immediately acted upon the notification and went to the scene, taking other necessary measures and actions.

It was determined that two people, AM (34) and Dž.A. (39), citizens of Azerbaijan, were stabbed by unknown persons, and that the perpetrators fled immediately after the crime. The injured persons were transported to the Bar General Hospital for medical assistance," the Police Department announced.

They point out that the state prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed about the incident.

"Officers of the Regional Security Center South and the Ulcinj Security Department are taking urgent measures and actions to clarify all circumstances of the event, as well as measures and actions to identify, locate and detain the perpetrators of this criminal offense," the UP said.
