After the indictment was filed, the Council of the Basic Court in Kotor extended the detention of Serbian citizens Miljan Jovanović, Aleksandar Stefanović and Dušan Trkulja for another 60 days, who are accused of planning the murder of a Kotor resident from the Republic of Macedonia on the orders of Nikšić resident Danijela Banićević.
