Two 17-year-old minors were arrested on suspicion of robbing a Turkish citizen. A 13-year-old minor who was with them is considered criminally irresponsible due to his age.
As announced by the Police Directorate, a Turkish citizen reported that on June 17, in the early morning hours of the morning, several unknown individuals attacked him in the city center, punched him, and then stole his wallet.
The police explained that the minors, as is suspected, had previously communicated with a Turkish citizen in a restaurant, after which they waited for him near a bridge, hit him in the head and stole his wallet with personal documents and money in the amount of 300 euros.
"By order of the acting prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, two 17-year-old minors were deprived of their liberty on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of robbery, while the third minor who was in the company of these persons is criminally irresponsible due to his age," the police announced.
