The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica ordered the detention of N.Ć. for up to 72 hours due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of domestic violence or family violence.
"On June 17, 2025, at around 22:30 p.m., in a family house in Zeta - Mojanovići settlement, the suspect, after a verbal argument, physically attacked his father M.Ć, headbutting him in the head area and causing him minor bodily injury," the Podgorica Public Prosecutor's Office announced.
It is added that after that, in the presence of a police officer, he threatened his father with "I will kill you", thereby endangering his safety.
